Hi, I am Diana!

Registered Dietitian, Mind-Body Nutrition Coach and Yoga Instructor.

I practice a positive, non-diet, mind-body approach to nutrition, physical activity and well-being. I help clients reach their highest goals with strategies that nourish, rather than with typical dieting strategies that punish, restrict and consume our life.

My mission is to empower each individual to develop a healthy relationship with food, body and mind. To help individuals stop dieting, self-sabotaging, hating on their body and start living confidently in their own skin.


ABOUT THE COURSE

I infuse nutrition science, the psychology of eating and mind-body nutrition techniques to help you live WholeHeartedly Well and go after the life you truly desire.

You will not only learn about nutrition, but about real nourishment. You will experience what it feels like to nourish your body, mind and soul. Here is what we will cover

MODULE 1: Find food freedom

  • Unit 2: Ditch the diet mentality

MODULE 2: Nourish yourself instead of punish

  • Unit 3: How to nourish yourself
  • Unit 4: Reconnect with your body cues of hunger and fullness

MODULE 3: Regain the trust in your body

  • Unit 5: Natural appetite regulation
  • Unit 6: Feel empowered around trigger foods

MODULE 4: Navigating emotional eating

  • Unit 7: What are you really hungry for?
  • Unit 8: Discover the satisfaction factor

  • Weekly LIVE video-conferences, for total of 8 group sessions.
  • Group session are held on Thursdays at 7:00pm EST.
  • All participants are encouraged to participate LIVE for maximum benefit, but if you can't attend a session, the sessions will be recorded and emailed out along with the week's course materials.
  • All supportive handouts, worksheets & cheatsheets will be included
  • Access to a private Facebook group
  • Program starts September 30th to November 18th, it ends before the holidays so that you can confidently enjoy the holidays.
